Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to update your order, please email us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Where is my order confirmation?
Order confirmations are sent to the email used at checkout. Please check spam/promotions folders.

How long does shipping take?

My tracking says delivered but I don’t have it.
Please check with neighbors/household members and your local carrier first. If it still can’t be located, contact us and we’ll help troubleshoot.

Is jewelry returnable?
All jewelry is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.
