Sky and desert, in one stone.
Turquoise has been worn for thousands of years, and it still looks like it belongs on someone who knows who they are. This bracelet is for the ones who wear their story.
The Science: Turquoise is a hydrated copper-aluminum phosphate. It’s softer than quartz, about 5 to 6 on the Mohs scale.
Made by Water and Copper: Turquoise forms in dry regions where copper-rich groundwater meets aluminum-bearing rock. The US Southwest, Iran and China are well-known sources.
Traditionally associated with protection, communication and friendship. Turquoise is the December birthstone.
Why You’ll Love It:
- Adjustable slider for a custom fit, one size fits most
- Natural turquoise gemstone beads
- Hematite or stainless steel spacers (based on availability)
- Durable 18K gold plated or platinum plated stainless steel
- Water-resistant and tarnish-resistant
- Effortless to stack, easy to love
Care: Wear daily. Turquoise is softer and can be porous, so rinse briefly, dry well, and keep it away from harsh chemicals, oils and heat. Water-resistant is not waterproof.
Natural stones vary slightly in color and pattern.
